Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Business Intelligence role with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, and other programming languages relevant to data manipulation and analysis
  • Deep experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SAS Viya, or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with executive management
  • Ability to work within time constraints and manage multiple tasks against critical deadlines
  • US Citizen with the ability to secure US Federal Security Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to define achievable roadmaps and use a variety of information gathering techniques (e.g., interviews, facilitation, diagrams) to help design and building reporting and analytics services and products
  • Lead cross-functional projects from a BI perspective, translating business needs into robust and sustainable data solutions
  • Manage a small team of data engineers, data analysts, business intelligence developers and application developers to develop reporting, dashboarding and business intelligence solutions that enhance client capabilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data analysis requirements and translate them into effective dashboards and reports
  • Design and implement advanced data architectures that integrate various business systems and provide scalable analytics frameworks
  • Act as a liaison between the business intelligence team and senior management, ensuring that BI strategies align with overall business goals
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and data sets that can enhance our analytical capabilities
  • Prepare and present high-level reports and analyses to executive teams, illustrating data-driven insights with clear strategic implications
  • Provide technical inputs to agile processes, such as epic, story, and task definition to resolve issues and remove barriers throughout the lifecycle of client engagements
