Summary
Join Aptos, a people-first blockchain, as a self-driven Operations Manager. You will collaborate with the Head of Treasury and Operations to optimize and scale core operational functions. Requirements
- 3+ years in operations or program management, ideally in Web3, blockchain, or a fast-paced tech environment
- Comfortable operating independently and taking ownership of initiatives
- Skilled in data analysis and using insights to inform operational decisions
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to communicate effectively and proactively with leadership, individual contributors, and partner
- High EQ with demonstrated sound judgment, adaptability, and problem-solving instincts
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at managing competing priorities and tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Drive efforts for operational efficiency and scalability across the organization, including cross functional collaboration with key functions
- Map and analyze back-office workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement automation solutions to reduce friction and manual work
- Align operational efforts to drive timely and thoughtful execution of key initiatives that enhance ecosystem growth, partnership development and community engagement
- Support compliance efforts, including management of policies and procedures that help to reduce risk for the organization
- Assist the Head of Treasury and Operations with organizational planning, including the management of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and preparation of Board materials
- Collect and analyze network and performance data to build dashboard and reporting that enables leadership decision-making and ongoing tracking of progress
- Tackle emerging needs like new-tool rollouts, providing end-to-end project management
