Requirements

  • Expertise: Strong background in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in optimizing operational processes and resource management
  • Industry Experience: At least 5 years of operational experience with preference for work in Web3 and blockchain ecosystems
  • Ability to work as a self starter with a significant amount of autonomy
  • Comfortable with analyzing data and leveraging analytics to influence decision making
  • Cross functional: strong track record of interfacing with key stakeholders from different departments
  • Strong EQ, with fine-tuned instincts and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates sound, consistent, and trusted judgment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and proactively with leads and individual contributors
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Operational Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and scalability within our organization
  • Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including infrastructure, network resources, and human capital, to support the growth and stability of our platform
  • Execution Efficiency: Ensure operational support and alignment for initiatives that enhance ecosystem growth, community/developer engagement, and partnership development
  • Data Analytics: Conducting data analytics to help understand trends and identify opportunities for efficiencies, including both within the organization and relative to industry peers
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within our operational processes and implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate them
