Summary
Join Aptos as an Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the operational framework of our cutting-edge blockchain platform. As the Operations Manager, you will manage and optimize the general operations of Aptos Foundation, reporting directly to the Head of Treasury and Operations.
Requirements
- Expertise: Strong background in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in optimizing operational processes and resource management
- Industry Experience: At least 5 years of operational experience with preference for work in Web3 and blockchain ecosystems
- Ability to work as a self starter with a significant amount of autonomy
- Comfortable with analyzing data and leveraging analytics to influence decision making
- Cross functional: strong track record of interfacing with key stakeholders from different departments
- Strong EQ, with fine-tuned instincts and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates sound, consistent, and trusted judgment
- Ability to communicate effectively and proactively with leads and individual contributors
- Thrives in a fast paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Operational Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and scalability within our organization
- Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including infrastructure, network resources, and human capital, to support the growth and stability of our platform
- Execution Efficiency: Ensure operational support and alignment for initiatives that enhance ecosystem growth, community/developer engagement, and partnership development
- Data Analytics: Conducting data analytics to help understand trends and identify opportunities for efficiencies, including both within the organization and relative to industry peers
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within our operational processes and implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate them
