  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools including excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables)
  • Ability to adapt

Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders for APAC dealers
  • Keep sales managers and customers appeased with order and account status
  • Manage any returns or spares order requests from dealers
  • Work with logistics partners and warehouses to ship and track orders
  • E-Commerce and Apps reconciliation weekly
  • Preparation of documentation for regular audits as requested
  • Provide additional administration support in busy times
