App Growth Manager

Summary

Join Gambling.com Group as an App Growth Manager and play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of our RotoWire consumer products. You will own the marketing strategy and execution for our app and subscription, focusing on growing and optimizing app performance across multiple traffic sources. This role demands hands-on experience in growing iOS and/or Android apps, data-driven decision-making, and a proactive approach to campaign creation and execution. You'll collaborate closely with app developers, designers, and the business team to achieve team objectives. Requirements

• Hands-on experience growing IOS and/or Android apps via multiple marketing channels
• Able to plan AND execute marketing campaigns without relying on a full team
• An interest in sports, particularly fantasy sports and sports betting
• Proactive and creative. Able to generate ideas for new marketing campaigns and get them up and running without waiting for someone to assign them
• Focus on data driven / repeatable approaches rather than a “branding” specialist
• Excellence in reporting and inferring data results to make real time decisions
• Good understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem and have ideas about how to leverage influencers
• Experience working with ASO, MMP, social, web, data, analytics and performance tools. Need to know how to pull app performance data and use platforms
• Previous demonstrable skill of user acquisition / growth marketing in a B2C company or app startup

Responsibilities

• Growing and efficiently optimizing our iOS / Android app performance from multiple traffic sources including (organic, paid)
• Ability to setup data tracking and analytics for app performance and interpret data results to make real time decisions to improve results
• Responsible for the revenue, costs, and margins for apps performance and communication of results to the RotoWire business team
• Providing clear analysis of results from each channel, in app activity real time to team
• Providing clear creative strategy and execution for in-app marketing to drive users to purchase, upgrade, reduce churn of app
• Responsible for owning a testing plan and execution to deliver high growth of each app in portfolio
• Can work closely with app developers, designers, and business team to meet team objectives
