Summary

Join Kraken's Growth team as a Product Manager and lead the charge in building intuitive, innovative onboarding solutions for our global client base. Transform client onboarding for Consumer, Business, and Institutional segments. Design and implement seamless, compliant identity verification solutions tailored to diverse geographical and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with various teams to ensure onboarding processes meet regulatory standards and fraud prevention goals. Stay ahead of evolving cryptocurrency regulations and oversee relationships with ID verification vendors. Leverage data to uncover trends and prioritize opportunities for enhancing client activation rates. Utilize client feedback and regulatory insights to drive iterative improvements in the onboarding journey. This is a fully remote position.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in Product Management, with 2+ years of expertise in client onboarding, identity verification, or compliance workflows
  • Proven track record of analyzing, optimizing, and scaling processes to drive activation and conversion improvements
  • Strong familiarity with KYC/AML standards and global cryptocurrency regulations
  • Exceptional analytical skills, vendor management experience, and a history of launching impactful, client-focused products
  • Enthusiasm for Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency ecosystem, with a deep belief in our mission

Responsibilities

  • Transform client onboarding for Consumer, Business, and Institutional segments
  • Design and implement seamless, compliant identity verification solutions tailored to diverse geographical and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Regional Operations, and Fraud Risk teams to ensure onboarding processes meet both regulatory standards and fraud prevention goals
  • Stay ahead of evolving cryptocurrency regulations to ensure processes remain compliant and effective
  • Oversee relationships with ID verification vendors, ensuring efficient integration and high performance
  • Identify, assess, and onboard new technologies to continuously elevate the onboarding experience
  • Leverage data to uncover trends, analyze bottlenecks, and prioritize opportunities for enhancing client activation rates
  • Utilize client feedback and regulatory insights to drive iterative improvements in the onboarding journey
