Summary
Join Liftoff's Global Growth team as a Growth Manager, focusing on Supply product initiatives. Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to enhance products, improve the commercial framework, and drive revenue. This key role involves designing, rolling out, and adopting new processes and products while enhancing existing ones. The ideal candidate will blend strategy, project management, product collaboration, and analytics. You will act as a central figure for major cross-company initiatives. This US-based position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of ever-increasing responsibility in a product, strategic sales and/or analytical role within a mobile-focused tech company or in a strategic consulting environment
- BS/BA required—business and/or analytical degree preferred
- In-depth understanding of advertising technology, mobile monetization strategies, performance marketing and the mobile app ecosystem at large
- Experience supporting commercial GTM strategies and strategic projects from beginning to end
- Excellent partnership and diplomatic skills to lead and drive a wide range of cross-company or team initiatives
- Ability to create a performance and metrics-focused culture. Direct experience holding sales teams accountable to their goals
- Analytical skills - you know what questions to ask, what the data says, and what actions to take based on the results
- Exceptional communicator - you are capable of owning global communication around complex projects and aligning different teams and functions
- Independent and proactive - you are a self starter and expected to identify opportunities, execute on a wide range of tasks operate in the unknown
- Ability to go high and low, from C-level presentations to hands-on, data deep-dives with analysts
Responsibilities
- Support global product and process rollouts from ideation to GTM strategy
- Leverage a deep understanding of the intersection of supply, optimization and product to support and in some cases, drive complex projects related to new product launches, company initiatives and revenue growth
- Partner with product, sales and engineering to advance Liftoff’s strategic supply-side initiatives
- Support our relationship with industry mediation partners and ensure that our technology roadmaps are aligned, and that Liftoff is most effectively interacting with mediation platform and other supply-side technologies
- Leverage expert project management skills to hold commercial and product teams accountable and ensure a wide range of projects are moving forward as planned
- Collect and share customer and industry insights with commercial teams to help guide company strategy
