Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to end-users, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues related to applications
  • Utilize remote assistance tools, ticketing systems, and other resources to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
  • Investigate and analyze application-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing permanent solutions
  • Collaborate with development teams to report and resolve bugs, glitches, and other software-related issues
  • Lead and mentor a team of business users, IT professionals, and other project staff
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities, and ensure effective team collaboration
  • Foster a positive team environment and promote professional development
  • Oversee the design and configuration of SAP Business One to meet requirements
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure that the solution aligns with business processes
  • Ensure proper integration with other systems and data sources
  • Develop and execute testing plans to validate the SAP Business One implementation
  • Identify and address any issues or defects during the testing phase
  • Ensure the solution meets quality standards and business expectations
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and client teams
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
  • Ensure that users are effectively utilizing the SAP Business One system
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and training materials
  • Ensure that documentation is clear, accurate, and up-to-date
