Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful cold calling and appointment setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using KVCore and other CRM software (Vulcan, Mojo, Propstream)
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing information
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED: KVCore, Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • PHONE SYSTEM: have experience using a dialing system

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to expired listings and For Sale By Owner (FSBO) leads to generate interest and secure appointments
  • Call warm leads in KVCore to nurture relationships and convert them into potential clients
  • Follow up with leads to ensure continued engagement and interest
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to maintain contact with leads and move them through the sales pipeline
  • Create and manage email and text campaigns to communicate with leads and promote our services
  • Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize results
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with potential clients and ensure all details are accurately recorded
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless scheduling and handover of leads
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on leads and interactions
  • Ensure all activities and communications are documented for easy reference and reporting
  • Nurture leads through consistent and personalized communication to build relationships and trust
  • Convert leads into appointments by effectively addressing their needs and concerns
  • Track and report on sales KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales activities
  • Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and areas for improvement
