This remote position requires generating leads through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and email marketing to secure client appointments. You will be responsible for building relationships, researching key decision-makers, and utilizing email marketing strategies. Meeting weekly and monthly targets is crucial. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting, strong LinkedIn networking skills, and email marketing expertise. A laptop will be provided.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting
• Strong experience using LinkedIn for professional networking, with a minimum of 500+ connections
• Experience with email marketing and using platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools
• Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner and email etiquette
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to identify potential leads and secure appointments for the sales team
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through LinkedIn messaging and email campaigns
• Research and target key decision-makers in businesses that could benefit from SuperStaff’s outsourcing solutions
• Utilize email marketing strategies to reach out to prospects and increase appointment conversion rates
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and update the CRM system regularly
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine lead generation strategies
• Meet weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets
