Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar role
- Proven track record of scheduling at least 20 appointments per month
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems and scheduling tools
- Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism under pressure
Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to schedule appointments
- Qualify leads and ensure they meet the companyβs criteria before booking appointments
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate appointment and client details
- Follow up with leads and prospects to confirm appointments and reschedule if necessary
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly appointment-setting targets
