Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of scheduling at least 20 appointments per month
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and scheduling tools
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to schedule appointments
  • Qualify leads and ensure they meet the company’s criteria before booking appointments
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate appointment and client details
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to confirm appointments and reschedule if necessary
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly appointment-setting targets
