Summary
Join a well-established print and marketing services provider as a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative. This fully remote position (9 AM - 5 PM EST) requires driving sales, building client relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will make high-volume outbound calls, qualify leads, manage your pipeline in HubSpot CRM, and follow up with prospects. Success is measured by meeting appointment targets, generating high-quality leads, and effective communication. Requirements
- Have minimum of 1+ year in an outbound calling, telemarketing, or appointment-setting role
- Possess a strong drive to meet targets with a performance-based mindset
- Be fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Have the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential leads, introducing services and securing appointments for sales representatives
- Identify and qualify prospects based on set criteria, ensuring that appointments are with decision-makers and fit client needs
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM
- Engage with warm leads and follow up with previous prospects to reintroduce services and book appointments
- Utilize proven call scripts and adapt messaging based on prospect responses
