AR Analyst

Join Hostaway, a SaaS startup transforming the vacation rental industry, as a fully remote AR Analyst (Stripe expert) based in the Philippines. Collaborate with customer-facing teams to resolve billing inquiries, review sales orders for accuracy, and improve the O2C process. Requirements

• 3 years of finance experience
• Stripe experience is essential
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Strong systems administration and support skills particularly Stripe Billing and subscription products
• Experience of working with a high volume, multi-currency, multi-country environment
• Customer service mindset

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to resolve billing-related customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Review sales orders and order confirmations and ensure accuracy of billing and reporting
• Initiate and implement improvements in the O2C process and ensure minimal revenue leakage throughout the process
• Supporting in processes around US Sales Tax (Anrok) and other tax reporting
• Stripe Administration on a daily basis
• Problem management
• Chase failed Payments
• Filling Dispute cases and managing chargebacks
• Working on various reports
• Keep track of refunds and controls on refunds
• Making sure that clients with listings are being charged on time

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with NetSuite, Anrok, Salesforce/Hubspot considered as advantage
