Join Hostaway, a SaaS startup transforming the vacation rental industry, as a fully remote AR Analyst (Stripe expert) based in the Philippines. Collaborate with customer-facing teams to resolve billing inquiries, review sales orders for accuracy, and improve the O2C process. Requirements
- 3 years of finance experience
- Stripe experience is essential
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Strong systems administration and support skills particularly Stripe Billing and subscription products
- Experience of working with a high volume, multi-currency, multi-country environment
- Customer service mindset
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to resolve billing-related customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Review sales orders and order confirmations and ensure accuracy of billing and reporting
- Initiate and implement improvements in the O2C process and ensure minimal revenue leakage throughout the process
- Supporting in processes around US Sales Tax (Anrok) and other tax reporting
- Stripe Administration on a daily basis
- Problem management
- Chase failed Payments
- Filling Dispute cases and managing chargebacks
- Working on various reports
- Keep track of refunds and controls on refunds
- Making sure that clients with listings are being charged on time
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with NetSuite, Anrok, Salesforce/Hubspot considered as advantage
