AR Specialist

Summary

Join Ni2 Health's Revenue Cycle Team as an AR Specialist to manage revenue cycle processes, identify and resolve revenue issues, collaborate across departments, analyze performance metrics, and ensure adherence to best practices. The ideal candidate is action-oriented and eager to learn and grow within the organization. This remote position requires a high school diploma (college degree preferred), 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or revenue cycle management, and in-depth knowledge of coding guidelines and reimbursement methodologies. Experience with Epic and payor contract negotiations is also necessary. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook. Requirements

• High School Diploma (College degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or revenue cycle management
• In-depth knowledge of coding guidelines, regulations, and reimbursement methodologies in relevant speciality area
• Experience with Epic
• Experience with payor contract negotiations and reimbursement methodologies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook
