Join 20four7VA as an Assistant Community Manager (ACM) Virtual Assistant and support a property management company. This intermediate to advanced-level role involves 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, within the Eastern Standard Timezone. Responsibilities include managing unit leases, processing applications, coordinating access for service providers, and handling communications. Responsibilities
- Collect and process ARC requests where applicable
- Produce work orders/service requests subject to policy
- Coordinate access for service providers as required to complete service requests
- Send invoices to Accounts Payable
- Track and manage unit leases and unit insurance
- Process move in/move out applications
- Schedule move in/move out
- Process owner verification forms daily
- Monitor and process clubhouse reservations
- Schedule and coordinate clubhouse access and inspections
- Assist with special projects as requested by the Regional Vice President or Community Manager
- Draft, proof and send communications to the boards and communities, including Issue Eblasts through software
- Assist managers in preparations for Board meetings and Annual Meetings
- Track and organize meeting proxies and ballots
- Schedule and set-up conference room meetings
- Maintain community contacts for Associations
- Build and maintain productive relationships with other departments within the company
- Vantaca β enter and respond to Action Items assigned to ACM role
- Vantaca β post documents and maintain information in Vantaca (owner contact, Additional Info, etc.)
- Monitor and respond to email correspondence for personal and regional inboxes
