Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in finance systems, automation or business analysis earned in an innovative business context (digital or ecommerce ventures preferred)
- Good knowledge of finance processes, accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proven experience with ERP systems (Netsuite preferred) and financial automation tools
- Strong problem-solving, project management, analytical and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Administration, maintenance, optimization, integration of Netsuite and other finance systems
- Collect and implement new user requirements and change requests
- Handle system upgrades, testing and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted system performance and data accuracy
- Collaborate effectively with external system vendors
- Recommend process improvements through technology based solutions, including the assessment of new third party software
- Drive project management efforts in the process automation area
- Support identification and enforcement of best practices for system configuration, security and data management in line with IPO readiness standards
- Work closely with finance, tech and business stakeholders to design and implement system solutions that meet user requirements
- Being the POC for the Shared Service Center teams (AP & AR) for any need related to systems and automation, including Audit
- Being the POC for engineering team when it comes to in-house and third party systems interdependencies
