Associate Account Manager

Summary

Join Bazaarvoice as an Associate Account Manager and be part of a team driving client success, developing and executing strategies for client campaigns. You will manage all deliverables, track campaign performance, and drive revenue from an assigned portfolio of client projects. Success is evaluated based on campaign success and revenue generation. This role requires strong time management, multitasking, and communication skills, along with knowledge of current trends in beauty, lifestyle, pop culture, social media, product reviews, and influencer marketing. You will work with well-known consumer-facing companies, predominantly in the retail and brand space. Bazaarvoice offers a dynamic team environment and strong culture.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required
• Positive, self-starter attitude with a knack for creative problem solving

• Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
• Skillful in time management, organization, and prioritization
• Sufficient in meeting deadlines and expectations with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategies that inspire clients and Influenster Community Members
• Proactively engage with Sales and Client Success
• Facilitate client workshops and sessions, presenting, and walking through our campaign initiation process and platform demonstrations
• Manage and properly set expectations with both internal and client stakeholders
• Advocate on behalf of the Client and your team
• Manage and drive a portfolio of Campaigns from initiation to close
• Define and maintain timelines identifying milestones, risks and mitigation strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of experience in account management, client success, marketing and/or social media preferred
• Social media obsessed

Benefits

• $64,000 - $75,000 a year
