Associate Commercial Counsel

Join Postscript as an Associate Commercial Counsel and play a key role in shaping our commercial contracting strategy. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating various agreements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and advising stakeholders on risk mitigation. This fully remote US-based position requires a qualified lawyer with 3+ years of experience in commercial transactions, ideally with in-house experience. Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 3+ years of experience working on commercial transactions
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and drafting a variety of customer and vendor agreements including SOWs, MSAs, and NDAs
• Collaborating with our sales, finance, and operations teams
• Analyzing and advising stakeholders on risk, and providing mitigation options
• Maintaining a contracts database, and collaborating with legal operations to improve workflows for key stakeholders
• Creating playbooks and a knowledge base to scale legal operations

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year in house experience
• Experience supporting a high volume sales process
• Flexible and thrive in a rapid-growth startup environment
• Advise cross-functional stakeholders, give practical guidance, and balance commercial objectives with company policies and risk management

Benefits

• Salary range of USD $146,000-$166,000 base plus significant equity (we do not have geo based salaries)
