  • Four or more years of related work experience

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Manager of Construction Operations and construction managers to coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with municipal codes and ADA requirements
  • Conduct onsite surveys to provide essential information for print submittals, equipment placement, and utility locations, while supporting the preparation of detailed status reports on project progress and costs
  • Facilitate communication between DOT, municipalities, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment, secure necessary permits, and resolve utility conflicts promptly
  • Perform periodic inspections to assess work quality, adherence to timelines, and compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, escalating issues as needed
  • Maintain project schedules, assist in reviewing plans and estimates, and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with Office products like Excel, PowerPoint to generate reports
  • Familiarity with construction processes, project lifecycle, and industry standards
  • Proficient in construction management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD)
  • Experience in project scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
  • OSHA or other safety training certifications
