Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Manager of Construction Operations and construction managers to coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with municipal codes and ADA requirements
- Conduct onsite surveys to provide essential information for print submittals, equipment placement, and utility locations, while supporting the preparation of detailed status reports on project progress and costs
- Facilitate communication between DOT, municipalities, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment, secure necessary permits, and resolve utility conflicts promptly
- Perform periodic inspections to assess work quality, adherence to timelines, and compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, escalating issues as needed
- Maintain project schedules, assist in reviewing plans and estimates, and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with Office products like Excel, PowerPoint to generate reports
- Familiarity with construction processes, project lifecycle, and industry standards
- Proficient in construction management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD)
- Experience in project scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
- OSHA or other safety training certifications
