Summary

Join Iterable as an Associate Customer Marketing Manager and help scale our growing Customer Marketing engine. You will play a key role in activating and amplifying the voices of our customers through strategic programs. Responsibilities include managing and growing our customer reference program, maintaining a library of customer stories, partnering with Sales, Comms, and Content, coordinating our customer awards program, planning and executing customer meetups, and tracking program impact. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in customer marketing or advocacy, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in customer marketing or advocacy related roles
  • Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity and a hands-on/execution capacity
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Can-do, positive and excited attitude
  • Outside the box, innovation and creative thinker
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and data management

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our customer reference program across sales stages and marketing campaigns
  • Maintain an up-to-date library of customer stories, quotes, and referenceable contacts
  • Partner with Sales, Comms, and Content to identify and activate champions across use cases, industries, and segments
  • Coordinate all aspects of our customer awards program, from nominations to winner selection to storytelling
  • Plan and execute engaging customer meetups—both virtual and in-person—designed to foster connection and learning
  • Track and analyze programs/campaigns for impact on product adoption, retention and advocacy
