This role requires deep expertise in various paid media channels, including Google/Bing Search, paid social, retargeting, and display ads. You will collaborate with other marketing teams, sales, product, and operations to create, analyze, and optimize campaigns. Requirements

  • 10+ years working directly in Google and Bing Ads
  • 2+ years in managing Paid Advertising/Digital Marketing programs
  • Mastery in managing campaigns across search engines (Google & Bing)
  • Expert reporting and analytics capabilities
  • Mastery of all basic PPC fundamentals
  • Expert using and working with Google Analytics
  • Highly organized and comfortable with working to deadlines
  • Exceptional at multitasking

Responsibilities

  • Own, execute, analyze, and optimize our paid media efforts across platforms (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Define campaign objectives, target audiences, effective reporting and create marketing assets to execute campaigns
  • Manage vendors and/or agencies to ensure paid programs are turned on, running, and optimized
  • Research new and applicable online marketing and advertising technology/platforms, to improve efficiency across campaigns, including staying up to date on current trends and best practices
  • Work across Demand, Web, and PMM squads on content requirements to support campaigns, and ensure content meets the needs to support demand
  • Analyze daily performance to ensure campaigns are pacing to budget and performance targets are met
  • Manage daily optimizations and reporting
  • Manage campaign setup and budget pacing
  • Responsible for maintaining housekeeping and hygiene of advertising accounts and overall monitoring of account health
