Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a focus on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
  • At least 5 years of experience with e-commerce and shoppable media buys
  • At least 2 years of experience in a management role with direct reports
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms' native analytics and third-party reporting tools
  • Proven ability to develop strategies for both paid and creative that meet or exceed business objectives
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Lead a team of paid social specialists, ensuring high-quality campaign management and execution
  • Assist clients with diversifying media buys above and beyond Meta by educating them about benefits of buying on platforms like Reddit and TikTok
  • Oversee budget allocation and spend across various social media platforms, optimizing for performance and efficiency
  • Drive creative strategy conversation with both internal and client teams to develop the art of storytelling for brands
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign execution
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in social media advertising technologies and platforms
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the paid social team
