Requirements

• 1 年以上行銷相關經驗
• ���語精通，英文流利
• ���心、主動積極，樂於快速學習、能快速地適應各種變動，具有良好溝通能力並勇於面對各種未知的挑戰
• ���解香港網路使用者習慣與大學生社群文化，對媒體及網絡風向敏感度高，能根據公司目標獨立制定中短期 Marketing 策略規劃並且提出有創意的提案
• ���夠獨立管理 Marketing 專案，能依據部門目標進行專案規劃、時程安排、任務和人員的協調管理以及資源整合運用
• ���備擔任社群小編的經驗。熟悉各類社群服務，包含 Instagram、小红書、Youtube、Facebook、Snapchat、Telegram、WhatsApp 等
• ���使用繪圖、美編工具與影片剪輯工具，例如 Canva, Premiere, Illustrator 及 Photoshop

Responsibilities

• ���據公司目標制定 Marketing 策略並執行香港市場的行銷企劃，包含線上影音、實體行銷等企劃活動
• ���責發想、製作影音企劃並擔任幕前主持
• ���對廣告客戶的需求，進行多元整合行銷方案的提案、規劃與執行
• ���開異業品牌合作，與不同品牌、KOL 進行合作企劃的討論和洽談，提升品牌價值
• ���定中長期的 Social Media 發展策略，並進行日常經營管理
• ���他行銷工作與主管交辦事項

Preferred Qualifications

• ���備 B2B 或 B2B2C 行銷洽談的經驗
• ���長使用行銷工具，例如 Facebook & Instagram 廣告後台、GA、SEO 等等
• ���悉數位廣告投放操作
