Summary

Join Olo's Professional Services team as an experienced marketer, partnering with restaurant brands to strategize and execute their CRM & Loyalty programs using the Olo Engage platform. You will be responsible for the success of marketing campaigns, focusing on guest segmentation and targeted outreach across various channels. This role requires a data-first mentality and experience with marketing technology tools. You will report to the Associate Director of Professional Services and can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo's NYC headquarters. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in SaaS marketing and a strong understanding of guest data application in digital marketing strategies. This is an opportunity to be a trusted partner to major restaurant brands, contributing to their marketing success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years of hands-on experience with SaaS marketing products
  • A high-level understanding of how guest data is applied to digital marketing strategies
  • Experience partnering closely with client-side professionals in similar roles and the ability to partner with those stakeholders effectively
  • Experience in collecting and reporting on data to interpret and form insight, and using this data to continuously iterate campaigns
  • Ability to build relationships and grow strong cross-group collaborations, and deliver results through the collaborative work of a cross-functional team
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels cross-functionally and up to senior management
  • Motivation to learn and problem solve by coming up with creative solutions to potential roadblocks
  • Legally able to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Apply a deep knowledge and understanding of the Olo Engage product suite to advise brands on impactful marketing tactics
  • Deliver solutions that yield tangible results for your brand partners
  • Recommend and execute marketing solutions and maintain documentation of the brand’s program metrics
  • Efficiently execute guest journey creation using email, push, and SMS communication to consumers
  • Create segments to target guests by campaign, and optimize content and ROI for the brand
  • Understand and contribute to reporting including campaign performance metrics, guestbook growth analysis, loyalty impact analysis, guest cohort reporting, cost per lifetime acquisition reporting, and conducting A/B testing
  • Project manage campaigns by coordinating, preparing for, and participating in marketing meetings, adhering to campaign timelines, and communicating campaign progress

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with tools including Olo Engage, Iterable, Braze, Sendgrid, or Twilio Segment
  • Experience within the restaurant industry
