Associate Product Manager

Summary

Join Qualia, a leading B2B real estate technology company, as an Associate Product Manager to contribute to the growth of its title offering. You will support the Title Production and Underwriter teams, analyze customer feedback, define product requirements, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This role involves defining problems, documenting requirements, driving project execution, and launching new features. The position requires 1+ years of experience in product development or a related field, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for product quality. While based in San Francisco, remote work may be considered. The role offers a competitive salary, equity, and benefits package.

Requirements

• 1+ years working in product development or in an adjacent role solving complex problems
• Keen sense for distilling complexity and untangling subtle problems
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to prioritize among conflicting demands and work with ambiguity
• Passion for product quality and a positive user experience
• Consistent track record of creative problem solving and overcoming challenges

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and prioritize feedback from customers and from internal stakeholders like Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Support
• Write clear product requirements documents that communicate problems, criteria, and context succinctly
• Partner with Engineering and Design to implement elegant and robust product solutions
• Support the Product team in building out short and medium term roadmaps
• Become an expert in Qualia products and in our customers’ workflows
