Associate Product Manager

Summary

The Associate Product Manager will work on user interviews, feature design, delivery, and go-to-market strategy for Upfluence's software. They should have strong problem-solving skills, business proficiency in English and French, and ideally have a previous internship in B2B or experience in MarTech. The position offers the opportunity to work with an international team, remote work, daily exchanges with the US team and clients worldwide, and an entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• You are looking for an end-of-studies internship or first job after graduation
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to build the best features
• Business proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Initiate user interviews to gather feedback, needs, and ideas from customers
• Work closely with the support team and CS to raise potential problems and usability issues to your team
• Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience
• Analyze competition
• Participate in the design of new features and improvements
• Write user stories that will solve the problems that have been identified
• Specify and explain how features work to the dev team to help them develop efficiently
• Spread the product knowledge by documenting the new features and producing user guides
• Test the new features in order to validate new developments in collaboration with the technical team
• Participate in the go-to-market strategy by training the sales and customer support team on new features

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic UI/UX design skills or development skills would be appreciated!
• A previous internship in B2B would be a big plus, with ideally a good understanding of the SaaS sector and even better if you have experience in MarTech
