Summary
Join Rocket Travel by Agoda's Partner Success team as an Associate Project Manager! This role focuses on overseeing partner launches, managing project implementation, and optimizing partnerships. You will assist in planning and scheduling projects, maintain project documentation, coordinate meetings, monitor progress, and serve as a primary point of contact. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of project management experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. The position offers a competitive compensation package, including a bonus, 401(k) match, flexible vacation time, and health and dental insurance. A hybrid work model in Chicago is preferred, with potential for New York or remote work.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in financial services, technology or travel
- Bachelorβs degree in a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities, with the ability to steer projects from inception through successful closure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage stakeholders and clients
- Proven ability to identify risks, resolve conflicts, and deliver projects on time
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of project tasks, ensuring all deliverables are tracked and deadlines are met
- Maintain and update project documentation, including timelines, task lists, and status reports
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking detailed notes, and following up on action items
- Monitor project progress and flag potential risks or delays to the appropriate stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, ensuring clear and timely communication between team members and departments
- Support resource allocation by tracking team availability and ensuring proper alignment with project needs
- Assist in the preparation of project materials, presentations, and reports as needed
- Ensure adherence to established processes and standards, providing administrative support to maintain consistency and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and remove roadblocks to keep projects on track
- Assist and lead partner implementation and launch projects on an as assigned basis
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PMI, or PRINCE II certification
