Requirements
- Study in areas of Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) experience in a related field
- Strong understanding of software development workflows, Agile methodologies, and sprint management
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with an eye for detail
- Basic familiarity with technical concepts like APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and code repositories
- Genuine enthusiasm for building a human-centered, tech-enabled future where everyone thrives

Responsibilities
- Assist in defining project scopes, objectives, and technical deliverables in collaboration with project leads, engineers, and stakeholders
- Support the development of project plans, schedules, and milestones with a focus on technical requirements and dependencies
- Contribute to sprint planning and backlog refinement in Agile development environments
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and technical requirements
- Facilitate meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring follow-ups on action items
- Communicate project updates, technical risks, and proposed solutions to stakeholders in both technical and non-technical terms
- Support additional work carried out by the Products & Services team such as consultations, managing open source contributions, etc

- Compensation – We anticipate the starting salary range for this role to be $65,000, with flexibility based on graduate-level applicants
