Summary

Join SpotMe, a leading enterprise event platform, as an Event Project Manager. You will lead virtual, hybrid, and in-person events from start to finish, coordinating internal and client teams. Responsibilities include project management, utilizing our Backstage CMS, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. You'll need excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft or Google Workspace, and fluency in English. International travel is required, and experience in event agencies is a plus. Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, always meeting deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, high-standards achiever without excuses
  • Excellent computer skills and tech-savviness
  • Proficiency with Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) or Google Workspace
  • Required to travel onsite for up to 3 events per month during busy seasons
  • Eligible to travel internationally

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects following our high-quality standards and best practices to ensure great client experience
  • Make sure all of the events are executed within the agreed deadlines
  • Use our powerful Backstage CMS to tailor-make the clients’ apps and to ensure the best participants' experience before, during, and after the event
  • Be a Backstage subject-matter expert for our customers
  • Brief and manage the assigned operations team (Live coordinator,Live producer, Onsite coordinator)

Preferred Qualifications

  • French, German, Spanish or another language will be considered a strong advantage
  • Past experience in an Event Agency, PCO, or other event-related position is a plus
