Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a recruiting role for a minimum of 2 years
- Proven experience in screening candidates and coordinating pre-employment requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Has high attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Takes full accountability for the given tasks at hand, is a quick learner, and can work with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Assist with job postings on various online platforms and job boards
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering necessary information
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate pre-employment activities such as reference checks
- Assist with the preparation of job offer letters and other employment-related documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system

Previous experience working remotely and is amenable to working during Pacific Time hours
