Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a recruiting role for a minimum of 2 years
  • Proven experience in screening candidates and coordinating pre-employment requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Has high attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Takes full accountability for the given tasks at hand, is a quick learner, and can work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Assist with job postings on various online platforms and job boards
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering necessary information
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities such as reference checks
  • Assist with the preparation of job offer letters and other employment-related documents
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working remotely and is amenable to working during Pacific Time hours
