Requirements

  • Significant experience leading sales at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • 7+ years sales management experience, majority in EMEA and APAC markets
  • 3+ years experience in second-line management
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with various departments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and data driven, with a strong growth mindset
  • Experience selling into companies with 200-2000+ employees
  • Ability to demonstrate and execute in outbound sales motions

Responsibilities

  • Report into the Global Mobility Sales Director and lead a team of Sales and SDR Managers in our international markets covering Europe, Middle East, Africa, and APAC
  • Attract, hire, retain high performing talent with an aptitude to learn and grow
  • Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals across all segments: SMB, Midmarket, and Enterprise
  • Coach, manage and develop sales leaders with an emphasis on continual learning and skill-gap improvement
  • Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team
  • Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity & forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions
  • Drive alignment with cross-functional teams in Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Enablement, Product, and Revenue Operations
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to improve and iterate messaging and collateral for the sales team; including leading/hosting live webinars
  • Drive revenue success by owning and exceeding Deel’s quarterly/annual mobility sales targets through teams of Outbound SDRs and Account Executives
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business by sharing insights, the root causes behind changes in KPI’s, the frequency and impact of these root causes and your recommendations to double down or course correct as needed
