Associate Software Developer

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies, making an impact, contributing fresh perspectives and collaborating with others
• Around 1–3 years of experience in full-stack development, including
• A modern programming language (not necessarily C#)
• Experience with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and a relational database
• Ability to communicate clearly, especially in a remote team setting

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teammates to build features across the stack: front end, back end, and everything in between
• Work with technologies like C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server, plus tools like Redis, TypeScript, and Elasticsearch (don’t worry if you’re new to these - we’ll help you ramp up)
• Contribute to a supportive team environment where your growth is a priority
• Participate in code reviews, planning sessions, and online discussions (Slack, JIRA, GitHub)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working remotely or with distributed teams
• Any personal or open-source projects that show your interest in building great software
• Familiarity with Stack Overflow or our blog, podcasts, or tools
