Requirements

• Prior experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
• Demonstrated experience with a variety of marketing channels
• Experience with workflows on Hubspot or similar marketing automation platforms
• Proficient in using data and analytics tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy aimed at generating high-quality leads for potential SMB clients
• Innovate and experiment with a variety of new top-of-funnel (ToFu) channels and tools to maximize lead generation
• Oversee and optimize our CRM strategy. Develop, execute, and continuously refine this to ensure efficient use of emails and WhatsApp channels to drive more qualified leads for Sales
• Track, measure, and report on the performance of lead generation activities. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve marketing tactics
