Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing roles with a track record of success in marketing communications, program management, client acquisition, and B2B sales
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles, trends, and best practices. Experience in the financial industry is a plus
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive messaging and engage diverse audiences
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Suite)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives to achieve growth targets within the B2B market segment
  • Marketing Communications: Craft compelling messaging and content tailored for B2B audiences across various channels including digital, social media, email marketing, and traditional channels
  • End-to-End Program Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns and initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution and measurable results
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities. Manage and nurture client relationships to maximize client retention and satisfaction
  • B2B Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective sales enablement tools, materials, and programs that support the conversion of leads into sales opportunities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
