Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing
  • A proven track record of success at a B2B startup selling to SMBs
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing, and audience targeting and segmentation
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, ads managers (i.e. Google, FB, LinkedIn), and HubSpot
  • Comfortable digging into data and generating insights
  • Creative and a first principles thinker
  • Ability to multi-task, self motivated, and willing to work hard
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and design tools (i.e. Figma)

Responsibilities

  • Find the signal through the noise: rapidly iterate, plan, test, execute, and scale channels
  • Drive awareness and generate leads for the sales team
  • Leverage channels that work (e.g. paid social, review sites, gated content, google, etc.)
  • Constantly assess performance and transparently report against it
