Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing
- A proven track record of success at a B2B startup selling to SMBs
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing, and audience targeting and segmentation
- Proficiency in analytics tools, ads managers (i.e. Google, FB, LinkedIn), and HubSpot
- Comfortable digging into data and generating insights
- Creative and a first principles thinker
- Ability to multi-task, self motivated, and willing to work hard
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and design tools (i.e. Figma)
Responsibilities
- Find the signal through the noise: rapidly iterate, plan, test, execute, and scale channels
- Drive awareness and generate leads for the sales team
- Leverage channels that work (e.g. paid social, review sites, gated content, google, etc.)
- Constantly assess performance and transparently report against it
