Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing with focus on Growth or Product Marketing
  • Proven ability to develop, run and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Growth mindset with passion for experiments and experience in Product Lead Growth
  • Strong business and analytical sense
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experienced Salesforce and HubSpot or other marketing automation software user
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS or mobile industry
  • Fluent English

Responsibilities

  • Optimize conversion rate at every stage of the marketing funnel
  • Acquire top leads through experimentation with various channels
  • Report on experiment successes and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Success departments
  • Own CRO of all stages of the marketing funnel
  • Analyze full funnel data to develop insights and create campaigns on areas for optimization
  • Iteratively test and improve all marketing streams to optimize conversion rate to SQL while increasing MRR and LTV
  • Own development and management of marketing campaigns and programs across channels
  • Actively monitor marketing analytics, partner with our analytics team to create appropriate reporting, and communicate results
  • Work with many cross-functional teams to create personalized and consistent cross-channel communication messages to customers
  • Track its efficiency and optimize it in order to increase feature trial requests, open and click rates
  • Work with our digital marketing agency to launch various experiments in order to acquire more leads for our sales team
