Summary
Join Colibri as a B2B Marketing Manager and lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on Account-Based Marketing (ABM). You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to design high-impact strategies targeting key decision-makers in healthcare. This role requires expertise in ABM, content marketing, and digital demand generation, along with strong communication and analytical skills. You will be responsible for lead generation, sales enablement, and brand awareness, ultimately growing clients into higher-value accounts. The ideal candidate is proactive, high-energy, and possesses a deep understanding of B2B buyer personas. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on Colibri's growth within the enterprise healthcare market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required; Master’s Degree a plus
- Minimum of three (3) years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, professional education, or higher education, with at least 2 years focused on Account-Based, Content, or Product Marketing
- Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline growth
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, including account-based marketing (ABM), content marketing, and demand generation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting high-converting messaging and marketing assets
- Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, Matomo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM automation platforms)
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of account-based marketing strategies to engage and convert high-value target accounts, working closely with the sales team to align on objectives and targets
- Launch data-driven initiatives, optimizing content and outreach for key decision-makers in healthcare education
- Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, webinars, LinkedIn, website, conferences, partnerships) to generate high-quality leads (MQLs) and support sales conversion
- Grow Colibri Healthcare’s presence in the enterprise healthcare market by implementing a solutions-focused messaging framework and executing targeted lead generation by care setting and client groups
- Leverage content marketing strategies (webinars, case studies, blogs, whitepapers) that speaks directly to the needs and pain points of target accounts while establishing Colibri Healthcare and its sub-brands as industry thought leaders
- Design and execute outreach strategies tailored to key decision-makers at target accounts, using a combination of content, personalized messaging, and relationship-building tactics
- Develop compelling messaging and value propositions that align with customer pain points and differentiate Colibri’s solutions from competitors
- Partner with Sales teams to create sales enablement materials, including collateral, proposals, case studies, email templates, and pitch decks
- Support new product launches by developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, writing high-impact copy for email campaigns, landing pages, and sales assets
- Monitor and optimize marketing performance, analyzing campaign data to drive continuous improvement and maximize ROI
- Complete other duties and special projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, enterprise sales cycles, and regulatory compliance in education is a plus
- Travel is up to 10% and mostly limited to conferences
