B2B Marketing Manager

Summary

Join Stride, a leading benefits platform for independent workers, as a B2B Marketing Manager (contract). This role focuses on sales enablement, content marketing, and account-based marketing initiatives. You will create sales materials, manage marketing campaigns, and collaborate with various teams. The contract is for 3 months (March-May), with potential for extension. The position is remote with flexible hours (20-40 per week) and offers an hourly rate of $50-$65. Requirements

• Functional management level experience, typically 5+ years, in B2B marketing, sales enablement, B2B product marketing and/or GTM program management
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in B2B copywriting, content strategy, or messaging development
• Basic graphic design and presentation skills (Canva, Google Slides, etc)
• Experience with competitive analysis and sales play development
• Data analysis and reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain sales materials such as pitch decks, case studies, and FAQs
• Ensure all collateral is aligned with Stride’s value proposition and messaging
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the team is up-to-date on product offerings and best practices
• Support B2B marketing initiatives, such as field marketing and events, thought leadership content marketing, and ABM campaigns
• Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Partner Development teams to execute programs effectively
