Back Office Specialist

Requirements

• Native or advanced level of Dutch
• B2 level of English or higher
• Experienced user in CRM
• Good verbal and written communication skills in the appropriate language
• Motivation and personality for seeking customer satisfaction and resolution
• Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Candidates must be located in Spain
• Full-time availability with working hours from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain site access documents to access customer sites
• Work on quotes, quote acceptance, customer returns, tracking numbers, and missing documentation
• Work with the relocation team and schedulers to ensure the Purchase Order is available to cover transportation services
• Contact customers and supply all necessary documents and information
• Explain to the customer how the quote is set up, clarifying questions concerning trail and labor as well as part prices and discounts
• Contact the customer and arrange the pick-up with the carrier when parts need to be collected
• Follow up with the customer after shipping replacement parts of the defective module
• Manage data, ensuring quality and cleanliness
