Summary

Join Workleap as a Bilingual Account Executive and play a key role in driving revenue growth by selling our employee experience platform to mid-market and enterprise clients in English and French-speaking markets. This full-cycle sales position requires consultative selling, strategic thinking, and relationship-building. You will manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, collaborating with SDRs, marketing, product, and customer success teams. A typical week involves various tasks such as refining deal strategy, conducting discovery calls, collaborating with product teams, and preparing demos. You will have the opportunity to shape our engagement with the Francophone market and contribute to team improvement. Workleap offers a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience (Mid-Market and Enterprise)
  • Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
  • Strong consultative selling skills and value-based sales approach
  • Proven success with complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
  • Excellent demo delivery and executive-level communication skills
  • Experience with pipeline management and forecasting (HubSpot is a bonus)
  • Self-starter mindset in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage and close new business opportunities in both the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
  • Own your pipeline from end to end—prospecting, qualifying, demoing, negotiating, and closing
  • Lead thoughtful, strategic discovery calls that align with buyer objectives and uncover pain points
  • Deliver customized demos and business cases that speak to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Partner closely with SDRs and Marketing to support pipeline development and ABM strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Customer Success to keep value delivery on point
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy in HubSpot
  • Stay sharp through weekly deal reviews, coaching sessions, and enablement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in HR tech, employee experience, or productivity SaaS
  • Familiarity with bilingual Canadian markets
  • Experience with tools like Gong, 6Sense, Showpad, and LinkedIn Navigator
  • Exposure to multi-product platforms, integrated solution selling and RFP submissions
  • Curious and adaptable mindset — you’re not afraid to test and adopt new AI-driven strategies or tools to optimize your process
