Bilingual Account Manager

Summary

Join CSN Collision as an Account Manager and become the primary point of contact for our largest insurer accounts. Reporting to the National Director-Insurance Services, you will create efficiencies in information exchange between the insurer and CSN network, monitor and update customer escalations, validate payments, and respond to inquiries. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, working with adjusters, internal teams, and shop personnel. While primarily remote within Canada, travel to client locations and industry events is expected. Requirements

• Possess a University Degree or equivalent education and experience
• Be willing to complete CIP courses as directed by the employer
• Be based within Canada
• Have a valid Driver’s license and be in good standing
• Meet commercial insurance requirements

Responsibilities

• Create efficiencies and support the process of assignments and information exchange between the insurer and the CSN network
• Document, monitor and update customer/adjuster escalation inquiries
• Validate payments to shops
• Respond to rental vehicle inquiries
• Support internal team(s) to implement program initiatives
• Liaise directly with the Insurance Adjustors/Call Centre staff, CSN Corporate staff, CSN shop personnel and clients as appropriate
• Respond to communications/requests emails initiated by the insurer(s) and internal departments
• Represent CSN and its Licensees with integrity and professionalism at industry events

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience in the automobile repair service environment and/or claims adjudication
• Be bilingual
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce
