Customer Service Representative

Summary

You will be the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing exceptional service from initial contact to project completion. Responsibilities include documenting conversations, updating team members, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements

• Bilingual in English & Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience
• Detail-oriented with exceptional self-awareness and accountability
• Sharp problem-solving skills paired with a proactive mindset
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Strong computer processing skills and the ability to adapt to new programs
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and other basic programs

Responsibilities

• You will be the primary contact with our customers from the day we're hired until project completion
• Thorough documenting of each conversation with our customers
• Updating key team players and monitoring the progression of the file/job
• There will also be some administrative duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Construction experience and product knowledge preferred
