Bilingual SaaS Sales Representative

Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as a part-time Bilingual SaaS Sales Representative! Based in Latin America and working remotely, you will generate and manage a qualified sales pipeline in the LatAm and U.S. markets. You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with small and mid-sized businesses. Your responsibilities include customizing sales pitches, communicating technical value propositions, collaborating with the founding team, and managing prospects using a CRM. You will serve as a cultural bridge for Latin American clients. This is a part-time (20 hours/week) independent contractor position offering a monthly salary range of $800-$1200 USD.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS or tech product sales
• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish (native-level) and English (professional-level)
• Experience selling to small and mid-sized businesses in Latin America and the U.S
• Comfortable working independently with strong time management and follow-through
• Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Monday.com
• Consultative sales approach with experience conducting demos and closing high-value deals
• Clear communicator with a sharp understanding of the tech and AI space
• A self-starter mindset: you thrive with little supervision and love owning results

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage a qualified sales pipeline in the LatAm and U.S. markets
• Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing
• Customize sales pitches for small and mid-sized businesses with a consultative approach
• Communicate technical value propositions in a simple and engaging way
• Collaborate with the founding team to refine go-to-market strategy and improve lead conversion
• Manage prospects using Inspiration AI’s custom-built CRM
• Serve as a cultural bridge for LatAm clients—building trust and rapport in both Spanish and English
