Billing Operation Analyst

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Billing or other quote to cash team
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience using Google sheets or Excel

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the billing process, from ensuring subscriptions are set up correctly to creating and billing invoices
• Investigate the root cause of discrepancies or errors, rectify billing discrepancies, and communicate with internal stakeholders or customers to resolve billing issues promptly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address billing-related inquiries, resolve issues, and help to enhance billing efficiency
• Assist the team with month end close activities
• Handle billing related email requests that come through our accounts receivable email inbox
