Summary

Join our client, an Australian organization dedicated to impactful financial management, as their new Bookkeeper Admin. You will manage daily administrative tasks, handle monthly and EOFY accounts across multiple entities (including trust and charity accounts), and reconcile complex accounts. This role requires strong bookkeeping and administration experience, proficiency in accounting software (MYOB and Xero), and excellent communication skills. The position offers a permanent work-from-home setup, full-time hours, and benefits including annual leave, HMO, and a Christmas bonus.

Requirements

  • Bookkeeping certification
  • Strong experience in administration and bookkeeping, including trust account management
  • Proficiency in MYOB and Xero (or similar accounting software)
  • Highly adaptable and confident in learning new technologies
  • Fluent in English with excellent organisational and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain financial records
  • Handle monthly accounts and prepare end-of-financial-year (EOFY) accounts
  • Oversee bookkeeping for multiple entities, including operations, trust accounts, and charity accounts
  • Reconcile complex accounts, with a focus on trust account reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the team to adopt and utilise bespoke technologies
  • Provide occasional availability outside of standard work hours (time discounted in lieu)
