Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Experience with managing tax filings, invoicing, and insurance billing (US)
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across departments

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file corporate tax documents in compliance with local and national regulations
  • Generate, process, and track invoices for clients, vendors, and internal departments
  • Conduct financial audits related to revenue, accounts, and tax returns to ensure accuracy and transparency
  • Manage insurance billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions and follow-ups
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit readiness
  • Coordinate with external auditors, accountants, and tax consultants as needed
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and legal standards
