Summary

Join our team as a detail-oriented bookkeeper to manage core financial tasks and support business operations. You will process accounts payable and receivable, manage payroll, perform reconciliations, prepare financial statements, and handle sales tax reporting. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, with mandatory experience in inventory-tracking environments
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, payments, and manage customer and vendor accounts
  • Manage payroll processing for all employees
  • Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records
  • Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports
  • Handle monthly & quarterly sales tax preparations
  • Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and Excel for daily accounting tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Xero and 3PL Central
  • Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field
  • QuickBooks certification or Certified Bookkeeper (CB) certification
