Brand Designer

Summary

Join Doist as a Brand Designer and collaborate with a fully-remote, multidisciplinary team to create impactful and accessible content. You will evolve and maintain the visual brand identity, create campaign assets, refine designs using data, and manage brand design libraries. The ideal candidate is a strategic and systems thinker, a self-starter, resourceful, collaborative, and a lifelong learner deeply aligned with Doist's mission. You'll bring proven experience in brand design, a strong portfolio, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• Proven experience in a brand, marketing, or visual design role
• A compelling portfolio showcasing your expertise in various marketing channels and brand identity development
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Design Libraries
• A track record of measuring and improving design performance
• Excellent communication skills, both visual and written
• Deep alignment with Doist’s mission, vision, and values

Responsibilities

• Evolve and maintain our visual brand identity, ensuring consistency
• Create impactful campaign assets in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Refine design solutions using data and user insights
• Manage and update our Brand Design Libraries

Preferred Qualifications

• Illustration and animation skills
• Experience with user research and conducting user interviews
• Content creation and video production experience
