Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in brand or visual design, preferably within a B2B/SaaS or agency environment
• Expert in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Experience in PowerPoint and all other Microsoft 365 products
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and brand-building experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
• Design high-quality assets including logos, typography, color palettes, illustrations, and templates for both digital and print
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and web teams to develop visually compelling assets for campaigns, social media, events, and product launches
• Create and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to support internal and external teams
• Partner with copywriters, marketing strategists, and product designers to ensure brand alignment across all projects
• Stay current on industry trends, design techniques, and competitor branding to keep our brand fresh and relevant
• Collect feedback and refine designs based on input from stakeholders and performance analytics
