Requirements

  • Solid experience in brand management and or marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
  • Proven experience in the iGaming industry or a related field is highly desirable
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a track record of developing successful brand strategies
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and emerging marketing trends
  • Highly motivated and results-driven
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement long-term brand strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee the creation and execution of brand campaigns to enhance brand awareness and market share
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Utilize insights to refine brand strategies and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Define and articulate the brandโ€™s value proposition, positioning, and messaging across all marketing channels
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and tone across all customer touchpoints
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and media teams to produce high-impact campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of brand campaigns and initiatives
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on brand performance, insights, and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand execution
  • Oversee the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
  • Track spending and provide financial reports to ensure budget adherence
