Requirements

• Proven experience in customer support or project coordination
• Background in construction, design, or a related field (highly preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, designers, and technical teams
• Experience with budget management and basic financial tracking
• Proficiency in Shopify and a demonstrated comfort level using technology platforms
• Ability to understand and interpret blueprints and floor plans

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand their dream home vision, answer questions about client products and services, and guide them through the building process
• Collaborate with a network of skilled designers, architects, and engineers to translate customer desires into customized home plans
• Manage the feedback loop, ensuring clear communication and incorporating customer revisions into the design plan
• Oversee design-related budgets, track expenses, and maintain financial accountability
• Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of final construction drawings to customers
• Utilize Shopify as a platform to manage transactions, customer interactions, and workflow integrations
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all deliverables throughout the design process
